How We Started
A story about noticing the gap between wellness information and actual everyday life.
It started with a simple observation
There is no shortage of wellness content in the world. Articles, videos, podcasts, apps, all telling you what to eat, how to move, when to sleep. And yet, most people still struggle to make their habits stick. Not because they lack discipline. Because the advice rarely fits their actual life.
That observation is what planted the seed for Presta Santé Caraïbe. We saw a real gap between the information available and the practical, personalized guidance that helps people actually change their daily experience.
We started small. Conversations with friends, colleagues, neighbors. Listening carefully to what was getting in the way. What we heard, again and again, was not a lack of motivation. It was a lack of structure that felt genuinely achievable.
The principles we built on
Honesty Over Hype
Wellness is full of exaggerated promises. We committed early to being straightforward. We tell you what we know, what we do not know, and what is genuinely within our scope.
You as the Expert on You
Nobody knows your life better than you do. Our role is to offer structure and perspective, not to override your own judgment.
Sustainability First
A habit that works for three weeks and then collapses is not a solution. We design for the long run, which means building slowly and thoughtfully.
Adaptation is the Point
Life does not stay still. Your routines should not be rigid either. We build flexibility into every framework we create, so that when things shift, your habits can shift with them without falling apart entirely. This is what separates a routine that lasts from one that does not.
How we grew into what we are
Conversations became a practice
What started as informal conversations with people in our community gradually took on a more intentional shape. We began developing a consistent approach to listening and habit mapping.
Building a real framework
We spent time studying behavioral science, habit formation research, and sleep science. Not to become clinicians, but to better understand the patterns that help people change. That knowledge informed our consulting framework.
A home in Maadi
We chose Maadi for its community feel. A neighborhood where people are already thinking about how they want to live. Our space in Maadi Gardens became a place for calm, focused conversations about daily life.
Continuing to learn alongside our clients
We are still a small, focused practice. We like it that way. It means every person who comes to us gets real attention. We continue to refine our approach based on what we learn from each consultation.
